Return Policy
Due to our custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless item is defective or damaged
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only cancel or modify your order within 2 hours from the time you place your order. Please contact us via email hello@tiastees.com as soon as possible. After that time, we switch the order to processing status and you can no longer cancel or modify.
We print and prepared orders as they come so our window is very small to make any changes to any order, as soon as the order is printed no changes can be made to it.
How Can I receive a Replacement?
We will only replace items unless the items you received have any of the following problems:
- Defective/Damaged: due to the fault of our production or the shipping service.
- Bad quality: blurry/wrong color image.
- Incorrect Order: the product you received has some errors compared to the information you noted in your order such as size, style, color of the products, your address, your customized note, or the design in real product is significantly different from the design in products we advertised on the website.
NOTE:
Please attach a picture or video showing the specific problem with the product and the order number.
Please make sure the product is unwashed, unworn, unused and was received in the last 3 days.
We will replace the defective or wrong item for the correct product as soon as possible.
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
We always strive to provide with the best service and quality products to our customers so we will issue a refund to you in some cases as noted below:
- Long shipping time: If your item has not arrived within 30 days.
- Replaced item still wrong: the new item we replace for you is still not what you ordered.
Once again, please review all your information before submitting your order. Check your order information, size chart, style, color, spelling, names & options carefully if items are personalized product.

Kindly note that there might be a slight variation between the product image shown in our website and the actual item. This difference can be attributed to factors such as lighting conditions during the photo shoot or variations in monitor displays.
At Tias Tees, all products are made from our home. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the original order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it until it reaches your doorstep.
Please feel free to contact us via email at hello@tiastees.com, stating the reason for the return and providing product images if there is an issue with a defective product on our part. We are here to assist you and ensure you have a Great Shopping experience.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (except for custom orders)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that includes order #.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tiastees.com If your return is accepted for a refund/return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
