Shipping policy

1. General Information

At Tias Tees, each item is custom-made to order. This means we will only start printing and working on your order as soon order is place. Please review our shipping policy below for details on production times, shipping methods, and delivery times.

2. Production Time

All our products are printed on demand. This means we start production only after your order is placed. Production times vary depending on the product and demand. Typically, production takes:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.): [2-7] business days.
  • Drinkware and Accessories (Tumblers, Mugs, Key Chains etc.): [2-5] business days
  • Holidays Season - production and shipping times could be 7-12 business day

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the US

  • International (coming soon)

4. Shipping Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the email by going through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders over $100.00 may require a signature upon delivery.

 

7. Damages

Tias Tees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is missing or lost, please contact us at Hello@tiastee.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout as we are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.  

9. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please refer to our Return Policy Page for more information.
